Cancellation Policy
All deposits, advance rental payments, and final payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@peandw.com at least 48 hours before the next or final payment due date.
This timeframe may vary depending on the property owner or property management company (PMC), so please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, acts of nature, early departures, or no-shows, including but not limited to disruptions caused by strikes, diseases, terrorism, or war.
Service Fees
Certain reservations may incur service fees calculated based on factors such as rental rate, duration, or property features. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment Structure
At the time of the initial 50% booking payment via credit card, the transaction will be processed in two segments to accommodate necessary disbursements. While payments may be allocated across different entities, the total amount will appear as a single charge on the billing statement for your convenience.
Travel Insurance
The Company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Travel insurance covering cancellations or trip interruptions is optional but highly encouraged.
General Terms
Payment Obligations: Clients agree to make all payments as outlined in the reservation confirmation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
Damage Responsibility: Clients assume full responsibility for damages to the rental property and its amenities during their stay.
Indemnity: Clients agree to hold Paradise Escapes & Wellness Retreats, LLC harmless against any liability, including personal injuries, loss, or damages incurred during their stay.
Property Substitution
At Paradise Escapes & Wellness Retreats, LLC, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If a booked property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—such as fire, hurricane, or structural damage—we will make every effort to secure a comparable alternative. However, certain conditions do not qualify for refunds, including disruptions caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Legal Disputes
All disputes will be governed by the laws of California and resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
